These exquisite hotels have been openly targeting the LGBT market and have offered a “Pride Concierge.” John Arnos, an openly gay concierge manager, focuses on specialized customer service training when providing for their high demographic of LGBT guests. Wynn and Encore have also received a 100% score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index.

Standing alone in second place, The Mirage Hotel & Casino has been voted as a leading LGBT hotel & casino. We were initially surprised when Vince Chu, concierge supervisor of The Mirage Hotel & Casino, informed us that in very little time, the hotel had run out of our publication and needed us to overnight more. In the following months, we would receive word that copies of Gay Vegas were needed for an employee named Miranda in The Mirage call center who has been dedicated to providing her LGBT guests with relevant information. With an amazing Cirque Du Soleil show ‘The Beatles LOVE’, a dedicated LGBT Sunday night party at Revolution Lounge, Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden & Dolphin Habitat, and incredible deals on hotel rooms and swimming pool cabanas, it’s no surprise that LGBT guests have been making it a point to stay at this casino that Vince describes as a “soothing and relaxing tropical environment.”
